Extend the enjoyment with Duet-Extra headphones. An add-on headphone for the Duet, Quartet or Audiplex kits, use this product to enable a friend or family member to wirelessly view TV or a movie, or listen to music right alongside you. Up to 100 headphones can be connected to the transmitter of each of these kits. Note: Headphones not for purchase independently.
Enjoy perfectly in-sync visuals and audio with the Duet-Extra headphones. Using 2.4Ghz RF technology, you will find the lag reduced down to ~ 30ms - practically nothing. And even if you add additional Duet-Extra headphones, to your existing Duet/Quartet/Audiplex transmitter, no lip-sync delay will be introduced: everyone will enjoy the same great experience.
The Duet-Extra headphones come with individual volume controls, enabling you to set the sound level that’s right for you. And no worries - you will not impact the volume level of other headphones that may be connected to your existing Duet/Quartet/Audiplex transmitter.
If you struggle to distinguish voices from background noise on screen, activate Clear Voice mode with the simple click of a button on the Duet-Extra headphones. This digitally enhances the on-screen dialogue so you’ll be able to understand conversations clearly.
The Duet-Extra headphones have an adjustable stretchy headband, with rotatable ear cups, enabling you to find the perfect fit for your needs. In addition, the soft memory foam earpads are gentle on your skin for long stretches of wear, and easily replaceable if needed.
If you’re using the Duet-RX wireless headphones as an additional headphone for the Duet, Here’s how to add them to the Duet.
Note: You can repeat this procedure and connect with up to 100 headphones.
Step 1: Get the Duet Transmitter into pairing mode.
Turn on Duet Transmitter. Set it into PAIRING MODE manually by sliding and holding the Power Switch to "PAIR" for 2 seconds until the LED starts flashing Blue and Red quickly, then release the switch back to "ON".
Step 2: Get the Headphones into Pairing Mode.
Turn on the headphones. Slide and hold the power Switch to "pair" until the LED indicator starts flashing Blue and Red, then release the switch back to "ON".
Step 3: Give them a few seconds to connect.
Once connected, the LED indicator on headset and transmitter will turn solid Blue.

Back to TopAdding onto Avantree Quartet:
Step 1: Turn on the Quartet transmitter, set it to PAIRING MODE manually by pressing and holding the "PAIR" button for 2 seconds until the "Status" LED starts flashing WHITE quickly.
Step 2: Set the headphones into PAIRING MODE (While powered ON , slide the power switch to "PAIR" and hold for 2s, until you see the LED light flashing RED and BLUE quickly).
Step 3: Keep the devices close to each other and wait. Once connected, the “Status” LED on the transmitter will show solid WHITE, and the headphones LED will show solid BLUE.
Adding onto Audiplex
Step 1: Turn on the Audiplex TRANSMITTER and get it into PAIRING MODE
1) Slide the switch "Aux/Opt/Off” to "Opt" or "Aux" to power it on.
2) Press and hold the “Pair” button until the "Audio" indicator start flashing BLUE quickly.
The connected receivers will be disconnected once the transmitter in Pairing mode.
Step 2: Set the headphones into Bluetooth PAIRING MODE (While powered ON , slide the power switch to "PAIR" and hold for 2s , until you see the LED light flashing RED and BLUE quickly).
Step 3: Keep the devices close to each other and wait. Once connected, the “Audio” LED on the transmitter and the headphones LED will show solid BLUE.
