Devices
Hearing aids & receivers

Performance may vary depending on venue layout, obstacles, and RF conditions.

How do we connect from an AV rack or mixer?

Use Optical (SPDIF) or AUX line-out from your mixer/processor. For portable setups, USB-C or 3.5mm can be used.

Can we run multiple zones or languages?

Yes. Configure independent channels for each zone or language. Guests simply select their channel.

Do guests need special receivers?

Many can use their own Auracast hearing aids or headphones. Venues can also supply Auracast receivers if needed.

What about latency and lip sync?

Auracast delivers very short delay. For best results, place transmitters close to the source and avoid extra processing hops.

How can we check device compatibility?

Use our Compatibility Checker to confirm supported models. Most major hearing aid brands will support Auracast by 2026.
