Fall out in sound

Overall - really good! But, I have an issue being able to play really low - it fades very well until almost perfectly low, but then the sound falls out. Similar to what I experience with my phone, actually. That the fade stop and goes quiet at 5% kind of. And when as low as possible there are fall outs in the sound. So, it can’t play as low, as I would like it to.

Great concept but needs work

I find the volume level limit inadequate compared to previous model. The fact it has less cords is an improvement (its own battery). Overall it's better than the previous model save for the volume level limit. For this reason i would recommend it as the concept is solid even if the execution could be improved. A remote control may be a better idea with the Bluetooth built into the pillow part or as an alternative/addition.

Slumber 2 - arrived early Feb 2025 at last but English interactive guide link broken

Comes without a paper guide ' to reduce waste' but a QR code to their interactive guide - however the English guide link is broken so can't set up. Very disappointed Happy to update my score once fixed and can try out my product but after it's already been dealyed by several months this is not what i expected

Slumber 2 arrived Feb 2025

Generally great, but with one big caveat: * waited for the Slumber 2, to get wireless (bluetooth) connection. Successfully paired with Google-assistant enabled alarm clock for voice control * simple on/off, with selector for white-noise or bluetooth source, and additional timer for 30, 60 or 90 min * however, purchased this for family member with some hearing loss, and the maximum volume level is too low for use, unless source is turned up to maximum... which just results in too much noise once the Slumber 2 is turned off (potentially late at night). I'll be following-up with customer support * would also have liked the ability to connect via an aux cable when needed * pleased with general quality and softness of the cushioning holding the speakers which goes inside the pillow.

Can you plug this into the wall while also using it? A lot of these rechargeable devices do not allow this. Can you clarify?

I suggest you charge the remote control full during the day, and use it with the remote only at night.

Can the Slumber 2 be used while connected to the wall or instead of the charged battery or will this cause the device to overheat?? How much better does this sound compared to slumber 1?

You can use it while charging, but I suggest you fully charge the remote control first. In terms of sound quality, Slumber 2 has two more speakers than Slumber, so the sound quality will be more balanced.

Hi, I saw last time there was a shipping date end of January. Now i see 'Estimated shipping date on 30th April 2025'. Is it possible to have it shipped earlier? Thanks

Some customers were originally given an estimated shipping date of January 30. However, this was later updated to April 30, as we anticipate the next batch will be ready around then. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship before that date. Hi. I have a couple of questions with regards to the Slumber 2 before I might place an order. 1. Does the wired remote control shown in the pictures come with the pillow? If not, how is it controlled? 2. Where are the rechargeable batteries located? Are they within the pillow itself or external? Thank you.

Does the person next to you hear this? Oris it completely private to the user like the neckband earphones? Also, Can I Bluetooth to a Vizio tv? Is it returnable if it does not meet my needs?
