SMART TV BLUETOOTH COMPATIBILITY
Supports direct Bluetooth pairing with Smart TVs that have Bluetooth audio output (e.g. 2024 Samsung, LG, Vizio). To enable this, go to your TV’s audio settings and select “Bluetooth” or “Wireless Speaker” as the sound output. When using Bluetooth mode, slide the transmitter to “OFF” – no cable needed. TV No Sound Troubleshooting
Step 1 — Headphones connected to the base?
- Remove headphones from base; make sure the base is ON.
- Check headphone LED:
🟢 Solid blue = Connected
🔴 Blinking / off = Not connected
Fix: See model list and follow Re-pair & Lock.
Step 2 — Is the TV sending audio to the base?
- Check transmitter INPUT LED (e.g., OPT).
🟢 Solid = Signal OK
🔴 Blinking / off = No signal
Quick TV settings: Sound Out → Optical Out; Digital Output → PCM.
Fix: Open TV setup list.
