  • Open-Ear Remote Mic Kit – A hearing support system for mild hearing loss. The open-ear hooks provide comfort and safety without plugging your ear canals.
  • 30cm Pickup & 30m Wireless Range – Place the mic within 30cm (12") of the speaker's mouth for clear audio. The sound transmits wirelessly to your headset from up to 30 meters (100ft) away.
  • Overcome Distance & Noise – Best for hearing from a distance or in noisy environments. By placing the mic close to the source, you can cut through background noise or hear a TV clearly from across the room.
  • Quiet / Noisy Modes – Features a simple switch to toggle between “Quiet” and “Noisy” settings, allowing you to manually adjust voice pickup sensitivity.
  • NOT For Restaurants or Music – Please read before buying. This device is NOT suitable for loud dining tables, crowded parties, or Hi-Fi music listening. It is strictly designed for vocal clarity in specific one-on-one interactions.
  • Hearing Assist Mode

    • Main Function: Place the case near the talker — the built-in mic picks up voices and streams them directly to your ears.
    • Best For: Shops, banks, restaurants, meetings, family chats, or any noisy environment.
    • Modes: Normal (~40 ms, low delay) or Noisy (~60 ms, filters background noise).
    • Range: Works up to 100 ft (30 m) in open spaces.

    Bluetooth Headphone Mode

    • Use: Pair with your phone, tablet, or TV to take calls, listen to music, podcasts, or videos.
    • Earpiece Mic: Only active in Bluetooth mode for phone calls, not for hearing assist.

    Tips & Tricks

    Frequently Asked Questions.

Do I need to place the case on the table? +
Yes. The microphone is inside the charging case, not the earpieces. For best clarity, place the case near the person speaking (e.g. at a counter, in a restaurant, or during a meeting).
Why don’t the earpieces pick up sound directly? +
The earpiece microphones are only used in Bluetooth Headphone Mode (for calls and voice messages). In Hearing Assist Mode, all pickup is done by the remote mic in the case for clearer, focused voice capture.
What’s the difference between Normal and Noisy Mode? +
Normal Mode: Lowest delay (~40 ms), best for quieter or moderate environments.
Noisy Mode: Slightly longer delay (~60 ms), but filters background noise, making speech clearer in shops, banks, or restaurants.
    Is the AcuEar Pebble 2 open-ear? +
Yes. The earpieces are open-ear, so you avoid the strong “occlusion effect” of in-ear buds. Comfortable for situational hearing support without feeling blocked.
Can I also use it as wireless earbuds? +
Yes. In Bluetooth Headphone Mode, the Pebble 2 pairs with your phone, tablet, or TV. The earpiece microphones then become active for phone calls or voice messages.
