Frequently Asked Questions
Will this work with my current sound system?
Yes! The AuraPlex M3 transmitter is compatible with 99% of PA systems. It supports Optical, AUX (3.5mm), and RCA connections. If your mixer only has XLR outputs, a simple adapter (not included) will work perfectly.
What if we decide not to keep it?
No problem. We offer a risk-free return policy. If the system doesn't meet your needs within the 90-day trial, simply use the prepaid shipping label included in the box to send it back. No cost to you.
Do visitors need a special phone to listen?
Not necessarily. While Auracast™ is the future of Bluetooth, we know not everyone has a compatible phone yet. That's why we include dedicated receivers/headsets in the kit, so anyone can use the system immediately.
Is it difficult to install?
Not at all. It is a "Plug & Play" system. Most venues get it up and running in under 15 minutes. We also provide free video call support if you need help optimizing the audio quality.
