Yes. The microphone is inside the charging case, not the earpieces.
For best clarity, place the case near the person speaking (e.g. at a counter, in a restaurant, or during a meeting).
Why don’t the earpieces pick up sound directly? +
The earpiece microphones are only used in Bluetooth Headphone Mode (for calls and voice messages).
In Hearing Assist Mode, all pickup is done by the remote mic in the case for clearer, focused voice capture.
What’s the difference between Normal and Noisy Mode? +
