LIMITATION – Auracast Devices

Q1: Will this work with my TV? Is it compatible with my setup?
A: Aura Focus works with most TVs using optical (TOSLINK) or 3.5mm AUX output. Most modern TVs are compatible. If your TV uses a soundbar or AV receiver, please check your TV’s audio settings before purchase.

Q2: Can I use the earbuds with my phone and TV? What happens if I receive a call?
A: Yes. You can easily switch between TV audio and your smartphone. When a call comes in, you can answer using the earbuds and return to TV listening after the call.

Q3: Can I use other Auracast earbuds or hearing devices with this transmitter?
A: Yes. Aura Focus supports Auracast broadcasting, allowing compatible Auracast earbuds or hearing devices to listen together. Some devices may require a smartphone assistant or app to connect.

Q4: Do I need a phone or app to use Aura Focus for watching TV?
A: No. A phone or app is not required for normal TV watching with the included earbuds. A phone may be needed only when connecting other Auracast devices.

Q5: Can I use this with my TV soundbar? Will my TV speakers still have sound?
A: Aura Focus does not support audio passthrough to a TV soundbar. Whether your TV speakers can play sound at the same time depends on your TV model and audio settings. Please check your TV settings or manufacturer before purchase.
