Husband is extremely hard of hearing.
Very happy with this product to date. Husband is happy with the function and I am happy with the quiet!!! There are reviews about the breakdown of the plastic over the head piece. Hoping this does not happen. If this product would not have been available from the company directly I would not have purchased it from Amazon where I originally found it due to the 30 day warranty from Amazon. I usually check the seller's web page noted on the Amazon web page. I got the product for the same price and a warranty that put my mind at ease when buying directly from the seller.

i bought an Opera set about 6 months ago. The company has been very easy to work with and helpful. Original setup was a snap. I'm somewhat hearing impaired, and the headphones are vastly superior to soundbars - even those that claim to have "dialogue enhancement". Fidelity is great, it could be better, but certainly not at this price range. Company service is it's greatest strength. The online chat feature is excellent. And at the end they email you a transcript summary for your records. Recently one side of the head phones snapped at the yoke between the ear cover and the headband (a structural weakness I hope Avantree's engineers address). I submitted a claim via the online chat, attached a photo of the break, and was approved for a free replacement headphone set almost immediately. It arrived promptly, but I struggled to get it to pair with the transmitter. Again, online chat to the rescue. When it became too cumbersome to fix the pairing with chat, the helpful agent called me and walked me through pairing. All this with no long holds, phone trees or skeptical questions. I almost never write reviews, and those I do write are usually negative. Avantree is the exception and I couldn't be more pleased.

love them
I had one pair of opera and got a second pair for company. I love to watch TV late at night and live in an apartment so didn't want to disturb anyone on my floor. Hey are so easy to set up and work so well. The sound is great and they are comfortable to wear. Only thing is I have to be careful that I don't fall asleep and break the connection to ear pod and part around head as I had done with original pair ..Had to tap ear pod to Part around head as ear pod was hanging loss. I find the connection that holds ear pod so it can fold not to be very strong and snaps easy if presser is put on if. But other than that I'm very happy with them. When time comes will by them again as customer service is also extent.
