I bought two of these, one for my wife and one for myself. We had previously owned two of the older model with micro USB charging but now wanted the USB C charging version. I have a Motorola 5G phone with Bluetooth 5.1 and my wife has an iPhone 14. When using these newer version CK11 units, they take a long time to connect and the sound quality at the other end is dreadful. We have used them in multiple locations with different mobile phone networks and the sound quality is still awful at the receivers end., The first CK11 was bought online from Avantree but interestingly it was shipped from Amazon. So I then bought my wife's CK11 direct from Amazon. Both units are going back for refund. We wish I had stuck with our older CK11 units with the bluetooth 4 version and micro usb charging. In my opinion Avantree have ruined what was an excellent product with long battery life. Finally I suggest anyone reads the reviews of Graham Heyes, Maz and Danny on Amazon if in doubt. We can't all be wrong.
This sure makes answering your cell phone in you car a lot easier. It has a nice loud volumn and it tells you when you have turned the unit on and when you turn it off.
Battery last long and volume great
Bought as a gift. The recipient so far loves how this works. They have an older vehicle that does not have hands free. So far this is working as expected. It is a great value for the money.
Love it. My car doesn't have Bluetooth for my cell so this really helps when I have the air conditioner on. Not to mention, hands free is the best way to drive safely and still be able to talk on the phone or listen to music from your phone.
Are use this product when I have rental cars that are hard to sync up with the phone. It makes life very simple.
Had 2 older cars without bluetooth capability. This allows me to move from one vehicle to the other without having to buy a separate unit for both cars. I purchased a simple GPS holder and with minor modification was able to hold this firmly on either dash. I was impressed with the sound quality and ease of connecting. Having the capability to replace the battery was also a selling point for me. For the money spent, I am extremely happy with my choice.
Great device. I can hear my callers clearly and they do same. Easy to use convenient device which lets me keep listening to the radio while on the phone as opposed to Bluetooth equipped cars where radio shuts off when a call enters the system
I purchased this unit about 8 months ago, and generally it's been fine - easy to use (I truly appreciate the manual volume knob), battery lasts long - a great help in using my phone as a navigation system (though I do not usually do phone calls in the car). As a side note, I had a problem with the speaker failing (the bluetooth/etc all worked) and I contacted support - they were friendly, and expedient - within a couple of weeks I had the new unit in my hand. +1 for good support of a solid product.

Amazing product! Small and compact but extremely loud! , long battery life, the sound is clear on both ends, loud enough even if the windows are opened! I love it . I will definitely buy again and recommend it to everyone.
