Your hearing aids must contain a telecoil and have an enabled T or MT listening program. Some telecoil-equipped hearing aids do not show this program until it is enabled by a hearing care professional.
It works with hearing aids that have a telecoil and an enabled T or MT program. Hearing aids without telecoil support are not compatible.
Use a receiver or listening device with a working standard 3.5 mm audio output. AuraClip VRC-240 and AuraView VRC-250 are recommended, but HearCoil is not limited to those models.
