but no sound?

How are the headphones connected?
What cable connects your TV to the transmitter?
Match the shape at both ends—the TV port must be labeled OUT or ARC.
Ensemble: choose the cable currently running from the TV to the transmitter. HDMI ARC appears only when the selected product supports it.
No PCM setting is needed
AUX / 3.5 mm / RCA is analog audio
- Connect the cable to HEADPHONE OUT or AUDIO OUT—not Audio In.
- For 3.5 mm, select Headphones / Audio Out and raise the TV volume to about 50%.
- For RCA, use only red and white ports labeled AUDIO OUT.
Connect the headphones directly to your TV
- Turn the transmitter base OFF.
- Hold the PAIR / power control on the Ensemble headphones until the light flashes red and blue.
- Open the TV’s Bluetooth Speaker List / Add Device menu.
- Select the Avantree headphones and wait for Connected.

Wireless connection
Look at the headphone blue light
Is the blue light solid (not flashing)?
Solid blue means the headphones are connected to the transmitter.
Reconnect the headphones and transmitter
- Place the headphones next to the transmitter base.
- Power both devices off, then turn the transmitter on first.
- Turn the headphones on and wait up to 10 seconds for a solid blue light.
Reconnect the headphones directly to the TV
- Keep the transmitter base OFF.
- Remove the previous Avantree headphone entry from the TV if it appears.
- Hold the PAIR / power control on the Ensemble headphones until the light flashes red and blue.
- Select the headphones again and wait for Connected.
Final check
Play a TV channel. Can you hear sound now?
Use a normal TV channel first, then test a streaming app.
