How does the connection work?

Oasis Aura broadcasts the TV or venue audio over Auracast. Aura C plugs into a supported USB-C phone and receives the broadcast. The phone then plays the audio through the Bluetooth hearing aids, earbuds, or headphones already connected to it.

Will this work with 3- to 5-year-old hearing aids?

The age alone does not determine compatibility. If the hearing aids already stream audio from the supported phone by Bluetooth, Aura C may provide the bridge. Confirm the exact phone, operating system, adapter, and hearing-aid model before purchase.

Can I use JLab earbuds or AirPods?

Yes, when those earbuds can play audio from the supported phone. Pair them with the phone first. Aura C connects to the phone and does not pair directly with the earbuds.

Will the sound match the TV or live room audio?

The Aura C phone-to-Bluetooth path adds delay, so lip-sync is not guaranteed and live room sound can create an echo. Results depend on the phone, operating system, and listening device.

Can one Aura C serve several Bluetooth listeners?

One Aura C supports one phone and its selected audio output. Each additional Bluetooth listener needs another Aura C setup or another compatible Auracast receiver. Compatible Auracast hearing aids or headphones can join Oasis Aura directly.
