Purchased the USB for my Windows computer and AirPods Pro Max for connection. It works for having 1 application open but more than that it doesn't help the quality with multiple application sounds.

I've never been happier with a device.
Truly plug-and-play. This device was super simple to install. I have an HP Elitebook laptop. No issue whatsoever. Plug in the Bluetooth dongle. A tiny blue icon appeared on my taskbar. I hit the icon, which took me directly to Bluetooth control in my Action Center. Connected my wireless earbuds by hitting the prompt 'add a device.' It was that simple! Awesome product.

I got this little dongle by accident thinking I had one that worked with the Xbox ONE Controller. The advert, packaging, and even website says it DOES NOT support it. All my mistake. I forget to send it back and think 'All well at least I can use my other headphones'. And it did connect to the headphones but so did my Xbox controller that said would not be supported. Now I'm not sure if it just the new 2023 Xbox Bluetooth controllers or if there has been an update and they all work. But it works great and have no connection issues even when using my headphone and controller.
