Connection support
Took awhile to set up as I am older and not very savvy with new technology. Followed all instructions and even online video. They work fine but would like to turn them on and automatically hear sound on tv not have to go into tv output or home settings and connect. If you have someone in your house with memory issues you do not want these headphones. These were a gift so so I don’t know if they would have been my choice of purchase if I didn’t research more. Even contacted Avantree support and there results and answers were yes need to go through steps to connect. I thanked them and voiced my opinion.

Good Headset
Head arrived quickly. Setup was easy. They have a basic setup guide. Mostly using it for watching TV. Sound quality is excellent for the price. Headset looks to be durable. Basically, it just works. Would recommend
