Please check if this is caused by a defective audio source, e.g. your phone. If you have another Bluetooth device such as a tablet or another phone, pair the headphones with those directly and see if you still encounter uneven sound.

Press and hold the multifunction/pair button(s) for 2 seconds, or until you see the LED indicator flash RED/BLUE (check your device's manual for further pairing instructions). Now they are ready to pair. Test them with another Bluetooth device and see if the issue persists.

If there’s still uneven sound, please contact support@avantree.com for a replacement.
