Some individuals are encountering frequent disconnections between 2 pairs of True Wireless (TWS) earbuds linked to one dongle, as well as audio interruptions and other difficulties. Why is this occurring?

Broadly speaking, the pairing of 2 TWS earbuds with 1 transmitter has compatibility concerns. As far as we are aware, ALL transmitters available experience the same issues.

Issues with bandwidth: Each TWS's one earbud (L/R) needs to maintain a "dual link" connection - one link to its L/R pair, and one link to the transmitter. The transmitter itself needs to maintain two "dual link" connections - one for each TWS pair. As a result, in this case, three active "dual link" connections are established, which frequently causes data packet loss due to bandwidth limitations, leading to unstable connections.

Incompatibility problems: Currently, there are dozens of different chipset solutions available, ranging from Apple's W1 chip to Qualcomm's many offerings. Although all of them function under the Bluetooth standard, variations in design often lead to incompatible TWS connections and connection issues. Additionally, if you search for "TWS multipoint," you'll notice that most TWS earbuds suffer from multipoint issues and cannot maintain active connections to two devices simultaneously.

As a result, we do not suggest using two TWS earbuds connected to a single dongle simultaneously.
