Play/Pause Button Not Working

The Play/Pause button on the glasses can be difficult to operate for some users.

The button requires some force to use, so please take care when trying to operate. The glasses will play a sound when the button is successfully pressed, so you'll know that your input went through. If you don’t hear a sound, then the button wasn’t properly pressed.
