Others Can't Hear Me / Microphone Not Working With Zoom / Teams. How to Fix?
Before you start, please ensure that you are NOT muted.
Many meeting software have the option to mute yourself in the call, so please ensure that this is not the case. If it is unmuted but the mic still doesn’t work, it might be a driver or settings issue. Please check the following to troubleshoot further:
Step 1: Check your computer’s sound settings.
Visit your Sound Settings tab and make sure the Avantree glasses are chosen as the input and output device:
Step 2: Check the meeting software’s Sound / Audio Settings.
If you’re using a meeting software such as Skype or Zoom please also check the Audio & Video Settings within the software and make sure the Microphone input device and the Speaker out device are selected as the Avantree glasses:
