Please follow the instructions below to factory reset both the earbuds and dongle, then reconnect and lock the connection.

1. Factory reset the DG10 

2. Factory reset the earbuds.

  • Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep case lid open.
  • Press & hold the Bluetooth icon / PAIR on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on earbuds turn PINK for about 2 seconds.

       

  • Now the reset is done. Wait for the R earbud to start flashing BLUE & RED again.

       

3. After the reset, they should both in the pairing mode. Put them together and wait, they should be connected in a few seconds. Once connected, the LED on the dongle will turn solid blue.
