If you're using a non Faststream codec headphone (like Bose, Sony, Apple headphones, they don't support Faststream codec), DG80 can auto switch to call mode on most Windows computers, but on Macbook /PS4 and some Windows computers, you may need to switch it to call mode manually. Please double click the MFB button on DG80 to switch it to call mode. In call mode, LED light on DG80 will Double-Flash Blue Every 2 seconds.

Note: If you use Avantree Faststream codec headphons like AriaAH6BNB16 with DG80, no need to switch it to call mode. You can get music mode and call mode working at the same time.

If you still can't get the mic to work once you switch DG80 to call mode, please check as following: 

Step 1: Make sure you have set the sound setting well. Adjust the Sound Setting on Audio source.

Step 2: Sometimes you need to adjust the settings again in the app itself like Skype. Make sure the input device has been set to the Avantree Adapter.

If you use DG80 with Avantree Aria me Or NB05, please update the firmware of DG80 according to this Optional Patch for DG80 - Can't switch DG80 to call mode with Avantree Aria me /NB05 (DfuToV1_16) first.
