Are both headphones included?

Yes. Duet Aura includes two wireless headphones and one transmitter/charging dock, so the set is ready for two listeners.

Can each person change their own volume?

Yes. Each listener controls the volume on their own headset without changing another listener’s setting.

Can I add regular Bluetooth headphones?

Additional headphones must support compatible Auracast reception. Classic Bluetooth-only headphones cannot join this broadcast. Contact us with your model if you are unsure.

Will it work with my TV?

Your TV needs an HDMI ARC, Optical or AUX audio output. TV Bluetooth is not required. HDMI cables are sold separately.

Can we add a third pair of headphones?

Yes. You can add more compatible Auracast headsets to the same broadcast without adding another TV transmitter.

Can someone use Auracast hearing aids instead?

Compatible Auracast hearing aids can also receive the broadcast. Compatibility depends on the hearing aid model and firmware; please check with us before purchase.

Do the TV speakers need to stay on?

No. Everyone using a headset can listen with the TV speakers muted. If you also want sound from the TV speakers, simultaneous output depends on your TV and its settings.
