At compatible public venues

Hear the broadcast through your hearing aids.

At churches, theaters, auditoriums and other Auracast-enabled venues, AuraCoil receives the venue’s broadcast and sends the sound directly to your enabled T or MT telecoil program.

The venue must provide a compatible Auracast broadcast.

At home

Hear your TV through the hearing aids you already use.

AuraCoil receives Auracast audio and sends it to compatible hearing aids through the built-in neckloop. If your TV does not broadcast Auracast, add the compact Audikast 4HA transmitter.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Will AuraCoil work with my hearing aids?+

Your hearing aids or compatible cochlear implant must have an enabled T or MT telecoil program. Bluetooth support alone is not enough.

Do I need the Audikast 4HA transmitter?+

Not at an Auracast-enabled venue. Add Audikast 4HA when your TV or audio source does not already provide a compatible Auracast broadcast.

Does every church or theater provide Auracast?+

No. Confirm that the venue offers a compatible Auracast broadcast before visiting.

Can I use wired headphones?+

Yes. If AuraCoil is charged, compatible wired headphones can be connected to its 3.5 mm audio output.
