No sound Most common
  1. Check: TV output is set to the correct port (Optical / AUX / HDMI).
  2. Do this: Power-cycle TV + Oasis Aura, then reselect the input mode on Oasis Aura.
  3. If still no sound: Try another cable / port, or test with a phone via AUX to isolate TV settings.

Audio delay / echo TV + speaker mix
  1. Check: TV speakers are ON while you’re also listening on headphones (causes echo).
  2. Do this: Mute TV speakers, or increase TV “Audio Delay / Lip Sync” setting if needed.
  3. If still delayed: Different brands may have different latency. Try a closer receiver or wired option.

Can’t connect / not discovered Pairing & mode
  1. Check: Oasis Aura is in the correct mode (Bluetooth vs Auracast / Broadcast).
  2. Do this: Put receiver/headphones into pairing/join mode, then retry scan.
  3. If still not found: Clear pairing history on both sides and restart.

Cuts out / stuttering Distance & interference
  1. Check: Keep transmitter away from Wi-Fi routers / USB 3.0 hubs / metal shelves.
  2. Do this: Reduce distance, elevate the device, and avoid blocking line-of-sight.
  3. If still unstable: Try a different input cable or update firmware.

Too quiet / volume issue TV output level
  1. Check: Optical output is often fixed volume; AUX may follow TV volume.
  2. Do this: Raise volume on the receiver/headphones; try AUX if your TV supports it.
  3. If still quiet: Confirm TV audio format is set to PCM (not Dolby/DTS).

Optical / TV settings confusion PCM required
  1. Check: Set TV audio format to PCM for widest compatibility.
  2. Do this: Disable “Dolby Digital / Bitstream” if available.
  3. If you can’t find the option: Open the model-specific guide.
