If you’re deciding what to buy

Connect

Pick the mode that matches your device. Wrong mode = wasted time.

LE Audio / Auracast devices (recommended when available)

Use LE Audio / Auracast mode if your earbuds/headphones/hearing aids support it. It typically reduces delay and improves clarity.

Classic Bluetooth devices (fallback)

Use Classic Bluetooth when your device does not support LE Audio.

Key note: microphone behavior / SBC / one-device-at-a-time (keep it honest & short).

No Sound / Choppy Audio

Try these in order (most fixes happen in step 1–2).

  1. Confirm the audio source is playing through the correct output (TV / PC sound settings)
  2. Re-seat cables / check TRS/TRRS / ensure the source isn’t muted
  3. Reconnect the receiver/headphones (power cycle both sides)
  4. Reset and re-pair if the device shows “connected” but no audio

Delay / Lip-Sync

If you hear echo with TV speakers, use one of these options:

  • Turn off TV speakers (most reliable)
  • Or adjust TV “Audio Delay” / “AV Sync” if available
  • Prefer LE Audio / Auracast over Classic BT when supported

Firmware / Updates

Updates can add features and fix compatibility issues. Keep it simple:

  1. Download firmware tool
  2. Connect device to computer via USB
  3. Run update → wait for completion
  4. After update: reset + re-pair
