WIDE COMPATIBILITY - The included dual 3.5mm adapter makes the Relay usable on any plane, no matter what audio output jack it uses. It also works with any device that outputs audio via AUX, such as a tablet, PC, gym equipment, etc., and can connect to any and all Bluetooth headphones or earbuds (such as AirPods Pro 2).
APTX SUPPORT - With aptX Adaptive and aptX Low Latency codec support, the Relay transmits high-quality audio at a low latency when used with applicable listening devices. This dual headphone adapter also utilizes Bluetooth 5.3 technology, which enables it to provide stable, reliable connections.
LISTEN TOGETHER - The Relay’s intuitive LEDs allow you to easily connect up to two audio devices to your AUX headphone adapter and share the audio with a friend.
LONG BATTERY LIFE - A battery life of up to 20 hours provides you with sufficient battery life to last you through any flight, movie marathon, or anything else. If the battery does run out, simply plug it in and continue to use it while it charges.
EASY CONTROLS - Adjust the volume, pair, reconnect, clear pairing history, and show battery level with the airplane headphone adapter’s built-in controls. Monitor your connections and battery levels with its convenient LED indicators.
2. Make sure get both the Relay and the Airpods into pairing mode.
Slide the Relay's switch to the "ON" position. For first time use, the Relay will enter PAIRING mode automatically. For subsequent use, put your Relay into PAIRING mode by pressing & holding the MFB until the LED flashes RED &BLUE alternately.
1. Once your first device is successfully connected, put your Relay into PAIRING mode again by pressing & holding the MFB until the "2" LED flashes BLUE and RED.
2. Put your second pair of headphones into PAIRING mode. Please refer to your headphones' user manual if you need help.
3. Keep the them close together and wait for a few seconds until they connect. Once connected, both indicators on the Relay will turn solid BLUE.
NOTE: If you're not getting audio while dual linked, try turning the headphones with no sound off and then on again. For true wireless earbuds, put them back in their charging case (with the lid open) for 2 seconds, then take them out again. This may help to solve the problem.
There are two methods to fix the issue of only one bud working while pairing two sets Airpods pro 2 with Relay.
Method 1 - put the no sound bud back into its case for a few seconds and then taking it out. This should result in all four buds working well.
Method 2 - leave both pairs of Airpods Pro 2 inside the case for pairing. Once paired, take the buds off from the case AFTER paired them both with the transmitter successfully.
Upgrading the Airpods Pro 2 software version from 5B.58 to 5E.135 is recommended as it significantly improves the success rate of normal pairing.
