Why does my charging dock's LED stay orange and never turn green(Before T22B1)? 

When you hear the “Low Battery” voice prompt from the AS90C headphones, it indicates the headphones’ battery has dropped to 30% and needs charging. Place your headphones on the transmitter/charging dock to charge. While charging, the LED on the transmitter/charging dock turns ORANGE. It takes about 2.5h to charge. Once fully charged, the LED on the transmitter dock will change to solid GREEN.

If your LED remains orange for a long time or never turns green, it could be your power adapter or power cord issue. 

1. Please change to a USB wall charger (5V/1A-2A). Otherwise, it will increase your charging time and cause the LED to remain ORANGE. If you don't have one, please contact support@avantree.com to get a free one.

2. Please try changing another power lead to see if the problem can be solved. 

Usually, your TV's USB port can work as a power source, but it will stop sending power to your transmitter/charging dock once the TV is turned off.  The Current (Voltage) for some TVs is lower than 5V/500mA, resulting in a longer charging time, and the transmitter/charging dock LED will remain ORANGE.

If your TV USB port is not powering the transmitter/charging dock sufficiently then, please use a USB power adapter (5V/1A-2A)(i.e., phone charger adapter) and connect to another power source.

Special charging instructions for Owners of two (2) Opera's AS90C headphones. If you only have one transmitter dock, you cannot charge one (1) headphone on the dock while you are watching TV with the other. Once headphones are placed on the transmitter/charging dock, all Bluetooth sound transmission stops. To watch TV with one headphone and charge the other, you will want to use the included USB C cable. Connect the headphones you want to charge with the USB C cable and a phone charger adapter to a wall outlet or other power source.
