I can't adjust the volume on the headphones. How to fix?

I can't adjust the volume on the headphones. What should I do?

1. Try tapping the volume buttons (+/-) a few times - sometimes it takes multiple increments before you'll hear a change.
2. If you're listening on a Macbook, there's a known issue where adjusting the volume to 0% using your headphone's volume controls will temporarily render these controls useless. You'll need to adjust the volume on your Macbook itself in order to re-enable the headphone's volume controls.
