Avantree TWS116 does NOT support dual link. You cannot use TWS116 with two devices at the same time. It only support one at a time.

One side sound is often caused by the earphones are accidentally connected to two Bluetoth devices at the same time before.

If you remove both earphones from the base and they both still flashing Blue & Red after 10sec, then you might need to Reset them. How to Factory Reset TWS116

To avoid this happens again in the future, please try to

  1. Avoid to use it with two devices AT THE SAME TIME
  2. When you try to use it with one Bluetooth device, before remove both buds from the base, pls make sure other prevously paired devices, e.g. Cellphone, Tablet, PC, are all Bluetooth OFF
