If this happens BEFORE using in water, please try:

  • Replace with another set of eartips.
  • Make sure that the earphone has been plugged tightly into the jack. If you're using an extension cable, please make sure that it is also firmly plugged in.

If this happens AFTER using in water, please try:

  • Removing the silicone eartips and SHAKE THE EARBUDS 3-5 TIMES to get rid of the excess water from the earphones.
