Sound is Louder on One Side. How to Fix It?

Please check if this is caused by a defective audio source, e.g. your phone. If you have another Bluetooth device such as a tablet or another phone, pair the headphones with those directly and see if you still encounter uneven sound – please see your headphone’s QuickStart guide or FAQs for more information.
