Pairing with a Bluetooth Headphone / Speaker
Step 1: Connect the Priva III to a power source using the Micro-USB cable we provided, and flip the power switch to "ON."
Step 2: Getting the Priva III into "Bluetooth Pairing Mode."
- First-Time Use: If the Priva III is brand new, and this is your first time using it, it should automatically enter pairing mode when you turn it on. You'll see the LED indicator flashing RED & BLUE.
- Non-First-Time Use: If this is NOT the first time you've used it, simply enter it into pairing mode manually by Pressing & Holding the Multi-Function Button for about 5 seconds. You'll see the LED indicator flashing RED & BLUE.
Step 3: Put your Bluetooth Headphones / Speaker into Bluetooth Pairing Mode as well.
The method to do so varies between brand / models, so please refer to your headphone / speaker's user manual for its detailed instructions on how to get into pairing mode.
Please refer to THIS LINK for some of the most popular brands/products.
You may also Google it. For instance, if you're using a Bose QC35, simply Google "Bose QC35 pairing mode," you should be able to find a detailed step-by-step instruction provided by Bose.
Step 4: Keep your headphone / speaker close to Priva III, and give them a few seconds.
Sometimes it may take up to 30 seconds for the two devices to successfully connect, so please be patient.
Once successfully paired, you'll see the LED indicator on Priva III either turn SOLID BLUE (for LOT numbers after T18D1) or start DOUBLE-FLASHING BLUE (for LOT numbers before T18D1.)
And voila, you're ready to go!
