Part 2. Sound Settings Check on Your Computer
If you have finished the checking of Step 1- 3 in Part 1, and the microphone works well on your cellphone, it then should be the setting reason, please check the following steps to troubleshoot further:
Step 4: Check the connection and see if it's been properly paired with your PC:
Go into your Bluetooth menu and see if it shows connected both "voice" and "music", if you can not see "voice", you might not be able to use the microphone, please delete the paired history on your computer, reset the headphone and try to pair them again.
Step 5: Check if the Aria 90B headset has been selected as the Microphone input source:
Visit your sound settings menu and make sure you select Avantree Aria 90 B as the main input and output device:
If you still have problem with the microphone, please go to Part 3 to troubleshoot further.
