Part 3. Meeting App or Software Sound / Audio Settings Check
If you're using a meeting App such as Skype or Zoom and you have finished the checking of Step 1 - 3 in Part 1 and Step 4 - 5 Part 2, but you still can not be heard, please check the Sound / Audio Settings of the Skype or Zoom or other software and make sure the Microphone input device and the Speaker out device are choosen as the Avantree Aria 90B:
Important Tip: Please make sure that you closed all other similar apps that might be using your microphone, like Face Time.
