Before you start, please ensure that your rotatable mic is NOT muted.

If the MIC ON/OFF button is RED, that means your mic is muted. If it is BLUE, that means your mic is unmuted.

If it is unmuted but the mic still doesn't work, it might be a driver or settings issue. Please check the following to troubleshoot further:

Step 1: Check your computer's sound settings.

Visit your Sound Settings tab and make sure the Avantree headphone is chosen as the input and output device:

Step 2: Check the meeting software's Sound / Audio Settings.

If you're using a meeting softward such as Skype or Zoom, please also check the Audio & Video Settings within the software and make sure the Microphone input device and the Speaker out device are selected as the Avantree headphone:
