Is your microphone not picking up any sound, and nobody can hear you? Please try following troubleshooting tips:
 
① Check the boom mic - Try toggling the mute / unmute switch to and make sure it’s not muted by accident. You can also check the mute light on the mic.
② Check the Input settings on your Computer and the Settings Menu of your VoIP app. Make sure you select “Avantree Device” as the input source.
