We found that a large proportion of one side sound or one side louder issue was caused by earwax blocking the eartips. In this case,

 

1. TAKE OFF the eartips and CLEAN the earbuds by this instruction - How to Properly Clean the Earbuds. Also make it a habit to clean your earbuds on a regular basis.

 

NOTE: If the earwax sticks on the speaker mesh and hard to remove, please contact support@avantree.com for a new pair of speaker meshes to install by this video instruction.

 

2. If the problem persists after cleaning the earbuds, and your earbuds came with a transmitter, please check if it was caused by the defective audio cable or audio source, e.g. TV.

2.1 Change another audio cable between the transmitter and the audio source.

        2.2 Pair the headphones with your cellphone directly - How to Use the Headphones Independently with Another Device.
