Using the TX Dongle Independently

Using the TX Dongle independently allows you to wireless stream audio (from a TV, an AV Receiver, Laptop etc.) into your Bluetooth Headphones/Speakers.

Step 1: Connect the audio source (TV, AV Receiver, etc.) into the 3.5mm AUX port on the back of your TX Dongle.

Step 2: Get the TX Dongle into Bluetooth Pairing Mode.

Make sure that the TX dongle is ON and the RX dongle is OFF. Press & Hold the "TX" button on the TX dongle for about 5 seconds. You'll see the LED indicator on the dongle start flashing RED & BLUE, indicating that it's in pairing mode.

Step 3: Put your Bluetooth Headphones/Speaker into Bluetooth Pairing Mode as well.

The method to do so varies between brand / models, so please refer to your headphone / speaker's user manual for its detailed instructions on how to get into pairing mode.

You may also Google it. For instance, if you're using a Bose QC35, simply Google "Bose QC35 pairing mode," you should be able to find a detailed step-by-step instruction provided by Bose.

Step 4: Keep your Headphones/Speaker close to the TX Dongle, and give them a few seconds.

Sometimes it may take up to 30 seconds for the two devices to successfully connect, so please be patient.

Once successfully paired, you'll see the LED indicator on the TX dongle start DOUBLE-FLASHING WHITE.

And voila, you're ready to go!
