The Receiver Dongle Can't Connect to the Transmitter Dongle

The two dongles in the LOCK set are "factory locked." This means that they should automatically connect with each other right out of the box (with both devices turned on, of course.)

If they don't, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

Step 1: Manually Reconnecting them.

With both dongles turned on, gently tap the "RX" button on the RX dongle. This should reconnect the devices; if not, turn to the TX dongle, and give the "TX" button a gentle tap as well.

When the devices have successfully reconnected, the LED indicator on the TX dongle should start DOUBLE-FLASHING WHITE and the indicator on the RX dongle should start DOUBLE-FLASHING BLUE.

If this still doesn't work, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Get both Dongles into Pairing Mode.

With the dongles turned on, press & hold the RX and the TX buttons for about 5 seconds. You'll see the LED indicators on both dongles start flashing RED & BLUE, indicating that they're in pairing mode.

Step 3: Keep the Two Dongles close to each other, and give them a few seconds.

Sometimes it may take up to 30 seconds for the two devices to successfully connect, so please be patient.

Once successfully paired, you'll see the LED indicator on the TX dongle start DOUBLE-FLASHING WHITE and the LED indicator on RX dongle start DOUBLE-FLASHING BLUE.

And voila, you're ready to go!
