Go to the full support page of the related products:

While the Lock CAN be used with most AV Receiver, please DO NOT PLUG THE Lock INTO ANY OF THE RED / WHITE PORTS ON THE BACK OF A RECEIVER! This may permanently damage the product.

Step 1: Power ON both dongles by flipping their respective power switches to "ON" position.

Please make sure that they are charged. You may refer to THIS ARTICLE if you're not sure how.

Step 2: Allow the two dongles to reconnect with each other.

Just keep them close to each other and give them a few seconds. Once connected, the LED indicator on the TX dongle will DOUBLE-FLASH WHITE while the indicator on the RX dongle DOUBLE-FLASHES BLUE.

Step 3: Connect a Wired Headphone / Speaker to the RX dongle.

Plug the Headphone / Speaker into the 3.5mm (AUX) port on the RX dongle.

Step 4: Connect the TX dongle to your AV Receiver.

  • Take the 3.5mm Auxiliary Cable that we provided in the box, and plug one end of it into the PHONES Port on your AV Receiver. You'll need to use a 6.35mm to 3.5mm converter here (needs to be purchased separately.)
