If your transmitter's "STATUS" and "OPT"/"AUX" LEDs are constantly flashing WHITE, and you're having trouble pairing the transmitter and the headphones together, please try the following troubleshooting steps. 

Step 1: Try a Different Power Cable

Please try using different USB cables or different USB power adapters (if not plugged into the TV) to power the transmitter.

We have a known issue with Anker brand high capacity rapid charging cables. If you are using a rapid charging cable to power your Quartet transmitter, please consider switching to the cable we provided, or use another non-rapid-charging cable.
