On most Windows computers, DG60/ DG80 will auto switch between Music mode and call mode. Once it’s detected that there is a talking app working, it will automatically switch into talk mode. If you’d like to keep it in music mode, please make sure that you turn off your VOIP software such as skype, zoom, or WebEx…

Or you can simply uncheck the DG60/DG80 as the input device.
