Headphones Can't Charge
Are your Opera headphones not charging when using them with the charging stand?
First, let's try charging them directly with the cable to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the battery. Plug the headphones into a power source using the USB cable provided and see if the headphones charge. If the LED on the headphones turns RED, then they are charging succesfully. If you don't see a light, the battery might be broken. Please send an email to support@avantree.com.
If your headphones charge succesfully with the cable but not with the charging stand, the reason might be a poor contact between the headphoens and the charging stand. Try removing the headphones from the stand, then place them back on the stand, taking great care to line up the charging pins correctly. Some people place the headphones on the stand haphazardly, causing an improper connection and no charge.
Another reason the poor contact could be happening is that the charging pins are dirty or rusted. Check the condition of the charging pins on both the headphones and the charging stand. You can clean them using 75% alcohol and a clean cloth, or with disinfectant wipes.
