Troubleshooting - No Visual on TV after Connecting HAX04
If you think you've connected the HAX04 properly, but your TV is now not showing a picture, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Did you connect the HAX04 properly?
The TV HDMI source's (cable box, Blu-ray, streaming device, etc.) HDMI cable plugs into the "INPUT" port on HAX04, and the "OUTPUT" port's HDMI cable from the HAX04 should connect to your TV's HDMI input port. Please also make sure that all HDMI cables are securely connected.
Step 2: Check the LED indicators on HAX04.
When properly connected, there should be 3 lights that are lit on the front side of your HAX04. The power indicator should be RED, and both IN & A/V Output indicators should be GREEN and look like the image below.
Step 3: If the HAX04 is properly connected try using different HDMI cables.
Try swapping the two HDMI cables you're using. If that doesn't work try replacing one of the HDMI cables at a time with a different HDMI cable and see if that solves the issue.
Note: The position you have set the ADV/2.0/5.1 switch shouldn't matter; these are EDID Management settings and affect only audio, not the TV picture.
