Troubleshooting - No Visual on TV after Connecting HAX03
If you think you've connected the HAX03 properly but your TV is now not showing any visual, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Did you connect HAX03 properly?
The TV BOX (Such as Roku or DirecTV) goes into the "INPUT" port on HAX03, and the "OUTPUT" port on HAX03 should connect to your TV. Please also make sure that they're all firmly and fully plugged in.
Step 2: Check the LED indicators on HAX03.
When properly connected, there should be 3 lights that are lit on the front side of your HAX03. Power indicator should be RED, and both INPUT & OUTPUT indicators should be GREEN. Should look like the image below.
Step 3: Try Using different HDMI Cables.
Swap the 2 HDMI cables you're using, or just grab other HDMI cables and try them, see if that solves the issue.
The ADV/2.0/5.1 switch shouldn't matter; they're related to audio, not visual.
