If you get one side sound when you pair the Airpods(Pro) with Relay, please try to fix it as following steps:

1. Turn off the bluetooth on your iPhone

2.  Put the Airpods Pro 2 back into its case and close the case.  Then open the case, wait for 3 seconds until the LED light turning off on the case.

3.  If Step 1 &2 don't help, please try to factory reset both the Relay and Airpods(Pro). Then try to pair again.
