Note: Please make sure that your Headphone/Speaker has been successfully paired to DG60. Please double-check using DG60 LED indicators and make sure that the LED Indicator pattern is correct.

If you still can't get sound through your DG60 dongle, please go through the checklist below to troubleshoot.

Avantree DG60 has been set as the Default Device in the Playback settings page.

  • Windows: Sounds -> Playback -> Avantree DG60 -> Set as Default -> Ok.

    Win 7/8:



    Win 10:



  • Macbook: System Preferences -> Sound -> Play Sound Effects Through Avantree DG60 -> Output/input -> Avantree DG60



  • PlayStation 4: Settings -> Devices -> Audio Devices -> Input/output device ->Avantree DG60
