DG59 Not Working / Not Recognized by my Gaming Consoles
If your DG59 is not connecting properly with your gaming console, please refer to these methods for troubleshooting.
Step 1: Make sure the Leaf (USB dongle) is properly and fully plugged into your console.
If necessary, try to remove the rubber cover on the USB dongle and try to plug it in again. Alternatively, you can try using the dongle with the USB extension cable.
Step 2: Reboot your console
Plug the Leaf into your console and reboot. Your console may need a reboot to recognize new USB devices.
If the DG59 is still not connecting to your gaming consoles, contact support@avantree.com for additional help or a replacement.
