For NATIVE Win10 (PC shipped with Win 10) users, you should have native Bluetooth driver in your PC and the dongle should be plug and play. Once the DG40s dongle is plugged in, your system should be look like Img 1 below.

For any other versions of Windows (eg. Win XP/7/8/Upgraded Win 10 from Win 7/8/XP, Self-installed PC), you will need to install the BlueSoliel driver. After the driver installation, your screen should look like Img 2 below.

If you can not find the BLUE Bluetooth icon:

  • Please REBOOT your PC with the DG40s dongle PLUGGED IN.
  • If you see a GRAY Bluetooth icon, please right click the icon and select "Turn on Bluetooth"

If you are still having issues using the DG40s with your Windows computer, please double check the Set up Procedue carefully.
