Go to the full support page of the related products:

Step 1: Go to the volume icon in the Taskbar then right-click and select "Playback devices"

   

Step 2: On the "Playback" tab select the "Bluetooth Audio" and click "Set Default".

 

Step 3: If you need to also use the microphone, go to the "Recording" tab Select "Bluetooth Audio", and click "Set Default".

 

Note: If there is still no sound after changing the settings above, please go to the audio setting from the application you are running (eg. Skype) and repeat the steps above.

Go to Tools > Options > Audio devices > Set the connected headphones as default
